How I lost 30 pounds in 30 Days !

Hi all,

I have lost 51 Kilos which is Seven and a half STONE. !!!

I struggled with my weight for many years until I said enough was enough.

I got married had kids and just ate anything. I reached a 58 inch waist and felt really bad everyday. I weighed 128 kilos which is like 20 stone !

I tried many diets out there, and they all fell flat so I did my own research and want to share it with you after friends said please tell everyone your story.

First I just wanted to share tips on how I did it and have added some motivational videos from youtube which have helped me along the way, Cheers.

1. I drink Coffee to keep hunger away while staying energised. ONLY DE CAFE after 4pm.

2. I don't drink any canned drinks only water and coffee.

3. One cheat day a week when I eat or drink anything I want

4. I  only eat chicken and white fish, other meats once a month or so.  If you are out or at a function         with no other option, just cheat and get back on the programme the next day.

5. I eat tons of vegetables cooked in a steamer available in any cooking section in a department store.

6. I exercise on an indoor Bike for 1 hour while watching TV in the evening, SIMPLE RIGHT !

7. Chilli and spices to heat up the food as it speeds up your metabolism.

8. Give up beer if you can and get drunk on Red Wine, or white spirits = No BEER BELLY.

9. Take aways on a Friday night only.
